Twenty(2)too  & Lucian Broscatean really surprised me – they were two of the labels who represented Romania at Berlin Fashion week and added variety to the often so similar looking designs that were being shown at the fashion week. The black and white designs might remind you of Cruella DeVille but in a quirky and edgy way that just isn’t as frumpy as lots of others.

 

Vladimir Karaleev is up there with my fashion week favourites and can be filed next to Hien Le, Lala Berlin & MalaikaRaiss. Also he adds the turtle-neck as a little extra to his collections which was a bit different to the rest of the collections. Karaleev certainly convinces by his straight lined cuts that don’t need any embellishment and speak for themselves.

 

Last season MalaikaRaiss most definitely were my favourites – it’s not for nothing that their last collection “poster” is hanging above my desk. And their designs didn’t subside since – I totally love the play with lengths and knits combined with silk (which did happen quite a lot a fashion week as well).
