studded denim shirt.

…and I’m back with another DIY related post, it’s not an introduction but an idea which really is easy-peasy! I discovered the sleeveless denim shirt above at a really great online shop – yayer.co.uk - and thought right away that I could finally make use of an old and boring denim shirt. In order to receive a good result you have to work as accurately as possible. Obviously you’re not bound to do a triangle as well, just let your fantasy run wild!
Only thing you need is a few studs, chalk and an idea for a shape, well and a shirt. Instead of studs you could also use eyelets which would bare a little bit more skin.
- First, iron the shirt it’ll make the chalking out a lot easier, use a ruler for straight lines.
- If you don’t place one stud next to another you’ll have to measure the distance between the single studs since it’ll look irregular otherwise.
- You can find studs either online, at art supply shops, haberdasheries or punk shops.
